Answers for Bot on our website come from DialogFlow in google.   It requires training to answer some of the weird questions.

To train you must have access to login and password. cs@tapjets.com

Login to Dialog Flow Console www.dialogflow.com

Go to Console on top right corner

Select FAQ from the list on the left.

Then Select Training

Click on the un-resolved question 

Check Intent Used (at the bottom)

Make sure it is correct.

And then click Check Box and Approve Button

Complete all questions until done.
